Calibration

1. Press and hold "mode" when the scales are turned on and nothing is on the pan.
2. When "cal" flashes on the screen, release "mode" button.
3. When "200.00" flashes on the screen, put a 200g weight or a series of weights totalling 200g on the pan.
4. When "pass" appears on the screen, remove the weights and use. 

Technical Issues Help

The Unit Does Not Weigh Correctly 

1. Check that you have removed the black cover (not the faux leather case but the actual protective cover) from this before attempting to weigh?
2. Calibrate the unit.
3. If any issues persist please contact us through the selling channel that you made your purchase.
