CCTV Cameras

  1. Connect the BNC cable (or Yellow / White AV cables) to your monitoring / recording device.
  2. Insert your power supply into the power jack on the camera (power supply not included, any 12V 500mAh or higher mAh).
  3. Install the camera in the location that you require.

Unit Does Not Power On

  1. If the power adapter you are using has a light on front then check that it's coming on when it's plugged in. If it's not, this will be a power adaptor fault.
  2. If you put your finger over the IR sensor (this can be found in amongst the LEDs), the LEDs should come on (red colour). If they don't then it may be that the power adaptor being used has a power pin that is the incorrect size. There are a few different pin sizes and some are very similar. Try wiggling the part where the pin goes into the camera power jack, if the power goes on /off, this is a smaller pin size than is required. Purchase a correct power adaptor. Here is a cheap place to buy.
  3. If any issues persist please contact us through the selling channel that you made your purchase. 

No Image is Being Displayed on My Viewing / Recording Device

  1. Check the video connection and cabling. Faulty extension cables are the most common cause of failure.
  2. Ensure that your viewing device is set to view the correct channel.
